Supporting clinical pharmacologists

The British Pharmacological Society welcomes doctors, pharmacists, nurses, and other healthcare workers with an interest in clinical pharmacology, therapeutics, and practical prescribing. The Society also welcomes scientists working to understand the actions of drugs in humans and those working in drug discovery and development.

We advance and promote clinical pharmacology by:

• Promoting a dedicated programme of activity to raise awareness of the value of the speciality to the NHS
• Providing a forum for sharing research, via our journals and meetings
• Providing education in clinical pharmacology and prescribing
