There’s a great deal of pressure on young people to look a certain way and some drugs promise shortcuts, such as helping lose weight or gain muscle. The Society teamed up with Olympic gold medallist Tim Foster to explain how to have a healthy body without performance and image enhancing drugs, and to emphasise the value of advice from healthcare professionals when making decisions about medicines and illicit drugs.
